Job Summary
The role focuses on proactively acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships; lead discovery-driven conversations to understand goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies; collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to deliver integrated solutions; educate customers on self-service and mobile banking to elevate satisfaction and efficiency; handle everyday banking activities such as account opening and service requests; demonstrate risk discipline through accurate documentation and adherence to policies; role transitions from LP to SAFE upon licensing completion; requires FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses as applicable, with evaluating licensing timelines and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s) required
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam for certain states if qualifying exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018
- SAFE registration required at time of employment
- CRIMINAL background screening and financial fitness standards as part of process
