Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo in Sarasota, FL, serving as the primary contact for everyday banking needs across all segments, building trusted customer relationships, and delivering tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The role partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated solutions, drives proactive outreach and digital adoption, and supports account opening and service requests in a collaborative branch environment. It requires completing FINRA licensing (Series 6/63 or equivalents) and State Insurance licenses, with a path to transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after licensing. The position includes working a schedule that may include most Saturdays and adherence to risk, compliance, and policy expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution, demonstrated through work or military experience
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
