Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. Engage clients in person and over the phone, tailor product recommendations, educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Key skills include exceptional communication, client-centric service, problem-solving, cross-selling banking solutions, and ability to navigate financial products and services to meet client needs. This role requires the ability to work flexible branch hours and complete licensing requirements through JPMorganChase’s program.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
