Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM). Build relationships to understand financial needs, process cash transactions accurately, and drive the client experience. Educate clients on self-service technologies and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to meet financial goals. Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; adhere to laws and regulations; develop knowledge of products and services; demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Flexible to weekend/extended hours and travel to multiple financial centers within reasonable distance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
