Job Summary
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with cash transactions and self-service banking across ATM, online, and mobile platforms; builds relationships to identify and connect clients with appropriate financial solutions in lending, investments, and everyday banking; drives the client experience while managing cash and center traffic; collaborates with experts to expand knowledge of financial products and services and adheres to laws and bank policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are required, along with weekend/extended-hours availability and the ability to travel between nearby financial centers. Training and potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
- Effective collaboration to accomplish goals and build relationships
- Confidence in identifying and recommending solutions for clients based on their needs
- Comfortable engaging a broad spectrum of clients and communicating clearly
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on self-service banking options (ATM, online, mobile)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adherence to established processes, guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to manage time and capacity efficiently and meet client needs
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to assigned financial centers
- Bachelor's degree or business-relevant Associate’s degree is preferred (as per posting)
- Experience in customer service or financial services is a plus
