Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs, and accurately process cash transactions. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs by gaining in-depth knowledge of their priorities and connecting them to solutions that align with their goals. Execute the bank's risk culture, follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, and manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience while growing business knowledge through partnerships with experts in small business, lending, and investments. This role requires efficient time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Desired Qualifications
- BILINGUAL – Spanish
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
