Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; delivering attentive, personalized service both in person and by phone; educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); quickly learning products, procedures, and regulatory requirements; and collaborating with bank specialists to address clients’ financial needs while maintaining compliance and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree, GED, or foreign equivalent is required
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
