Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Joliet Rd & Main, Hodgkins IL. Build and nurture client relationships by delivering attentive, consultative service and tailoring banking solutions; educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com; collaborate with team of experts to address financial needs; adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; requires 1+ year sales experience in retail banking or financial services, high school degree or foreign equivalent, SIE/Series 6 and state licensing (or eligible to obtain within 180 days), and ability to work weekend/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
