Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients in person and over the phone, building lasting relationships and tailoring product recommendations to their financial needs. Manage assigned clients by proactively meeting them to understand their requirements, educate them on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, and connect them to specialized experts for complex financial matters. Consult clearly and politely to anticipate client needs while adhering to all banking policies, regulatory requirements, and risk parameters. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings, ensuring consistent client experiences and compliance with the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act registration obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6
- state registration (including 63 if required)
- Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
