Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM, while accurately processing cash transactions. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs by gaining in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connecting them to tailored solutions. Execute the bank's risk culture, manage financial center traffic and appointments, and drive the client experience by following established processes and guidelines. Manage cash responsibilities and outbound calls effectively while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires efficient time management and the ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

- Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
