Job Summary
Relationship Banker role in Inland Orange County District focuses on proactive acquisition, management, and growth of consumer and business banking relationships. Lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking, credit, and investment strategies; collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions; promote digital/self-service banking adoption; resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits; maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance. Requires FINRA licenses (Series 6/63 and SIE) and, where applicable, Series 65 and state insurance licenses; position may require Saturdays and onboarding licensing timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam when required for certain states
- FINRA Series 65 for certain states
- Active FINRA licenses and insurance licenses
- Ability to work Saturdays
