Job Summary
As the front-line Relationship Banker for INB, provide a World-Class experience while understanding customer transaction needs and communicating available options. Educate customers about INB’s financial product options and refer or sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs. Participate in daily branch operations, assist with account openings and management, ensure accurate record-keeping and secure handling of monies, and actively engage in the branch’s sales/quality referral process as directed by management. Strong customer service, professionalism, relationship-building, and cross-selling skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous banking or teller experience or customer contact/cross-sell position preferred.
