Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients by introducing them to new products, services, and digital solutions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking product options and financial services while utilizing tablets, smartphones, and laptops to deliver exceptional client service. Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with associates, and handle multiple tasks accurately within established guidelines. This role requires a valid driver's license, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work overtime up to 5%. You will participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan and receive comprehensive training and coaching during onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (not learner's, restricted, or 'to and from work')
- Driving history that meets the Bank's driver standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 1+ Years of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
