Job Summary
Relationship Banker II meets with customers in person and by phone to assess financial needs and offers appropriate Regions products and guidance to help achieve financial goals. Role includes outbound calls from lead lists to expand relationships, educating customers on consumer and business products and services (loans, deposits), digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM), delivering a consistent customer experience, owning and resolving issues, referring complex needs to internal experts, and complying with bank processes and regulations. Requires ability to work in a retail banking environment, strong communication, and teamwork, with overtime eligibility and NMLS registration. Position located at the Sandy Plains Branch in Marietta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Cash handling and ability to process cash transactions
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, electronic channels)
- Proficiency with computers (typing and monitor use)
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- NMLS registration (as required)
- One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience (preferred)
