Job Summary
Meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve their goals. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs, conducting outbound calls to expand relationships, and educating clients on consumer and business products, including digital solutions. Provide a consistent optimal customer experience by greeting clients, processing transactions, and resolving issues while adhering to all bank processes and regulatory laws. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week, manage operational risks, and refer complex financial needs to internal experts. This role requires NMLS registration and is eligible for overtime and commission incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Life Insurance License
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
