Relationship Banker II at Regions in Oxford, MS, responsible for meeting with customers in person and by phone to assess financial needs and offer appropriate Regions products and services. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, guiding customers on loan and deposit options, educating customers on digital banking tools (mobile, online, ATM), handling transactions, resolving issues, and referring complex goals to internal experts. Requires strong communication, team collaboration, an ability to manage multiple priorities, cash-handling experience, and compliance with bank policies and regulations. Overtime eligibility and NMLS-registration are noted, with an emphasis on achieving branch targets and delivering excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Life Insurance License (Preferred)
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
