Job Summary
Meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products and guidance. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing perspective on Regions' solutions, while conducting outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones. Educate customers on Consumer and Business products, digital solutions, and emerging technology to ensure an optimal experience. Own and resolve customer issues, referring complex financial goals to internal experts as needed. Follow all bank processes, report operational risks, and track time for hours exceeding 40 per week. This role is incentive eligible with a target range of $46,120 to $55,160. Requires NMLS registration and ability to work Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Life Insurance License
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
