Job Summary
Conduct daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while guiding customers through application processes. Identify solutions to customer issues and promote mortgage, lending, and technology tools to enhance their financial lives. Maintain a neat work area, secure confidential records, and adhere to all policies including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring. Provide first-contact resolution with a positive attitude, prioritizing customer experience and problem-solving. Requires 1-3 years in retail banking; based in Woodstock, VT.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) to Three (3) years in retail banking
- Knowledge of computers/strong typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in problem-solving
- Flexibility in job schedules and work locations including Saturday and early morning drive-up hours
- Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with Mascoma Bank appearance policy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information
- Understanding and adhering to Mascoma Bank's policies and procedures
- Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of Mascoma Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies
