Job Summary
Meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve their goals. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs, providing perspective on Regions' solutions, and conducting outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to expand relationships. Educate clients on Consumer and Business products, loan types, deposit options, and emerging digital solutions like mobile and online banking. Own and resolve customer issues, refer complex financial needs to internal experts, and ensure sound banking practices by following all procedures and reporting operational risks. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week with overtime eligibility. Requires NMLS registration and ability to handle cash transactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Life Insurance License
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
