Job Summary
Meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs, providing perspective on Regions' solutions, and conducting outbound calls to expand relationships. Educate clients on consumer and business products, including loans and deposits, as well as emerging digital solutions like mobile and online banking. Own and resolve customer issues, referring complex goals to internal experts, while adhering to all bank processes, laws, and operational risk reporting standards. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week with overtime eligibility and maintain NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Life Insurance License
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
