Job Summary
Meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs, providing perspective on Regions' solutions, and conducting outbound calls using generated lead lists to expand relationships. Educate clients on consumer and business products, including loans and deposits, as well as emerging digital solutions like mobile and online banking. Own and resolve customer issues, refer complex goals to internal experts, and adhere to all bank processes and regulatory laws. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week, manage cash transactions, and maintain sound banking practices while reporting operational risks. This full-time role in Frankfort, Indiana requires an NMLS registration and offers incentive pay plans based on performance against defined metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
