Job Summary
Conduct customer liaison duties by advising clients on personal and business banking solutions, delivering end-to-end financial advice, and facilitating loan product applications. Execute teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to proactively identify client needs, gather insights, and recommend appropriate TD products to optimize their financial goals. Engage in outbound sales activities, lobby leadership to orchestrate customer flow, and provide consultative support through educational content and proactive tips. Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary and maintain an active NMLS registration status.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 year degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Teller experience
- Cross trained to take customer transactions
- Agility, teamwork and flexibility to adapt to different locations and environments
- Must be able to do same day travel to multiple work locations within a designated region or area
- Active registration status with NMLS
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under the standards established by Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
- Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check
- Statements/certification from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, and/or criminal findings by any government agency/authority
Desired Qualifications
