Job Summary
Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to meet financial goals. Conduct outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones. Educate customers on Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, and emerging digital solutions like mobile and online banking. Provide a consistent optimal customer experience by greeting clients, processing transactions, and resolving issues while adhering to all bank processes and regulatory laws. Own and resolve customer issues, referring complex financial needs to internal experts. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week and manage operational risks as part of the branch team. Requires NMLS registration and ability to handle cash and process transactions. Full-time role with incentive eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Life Insurance License
- One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
