Job Summary
The Relationship Banker II delivers exceptional client service while performing advanced account servicing, digital banking support, and basic business account management, expanding into more complex account maintenance, fraud prevention, and digital problem-solving. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with opening/maintaining/closing accounts, issuing and educating on debit cards, processing address changes, stop payments, check orders, and ensuring compliance with KYC/BSA. Supports teller operations, cash handling, ATM balance/replenishment, wire transfers, and aiding in fraud resolution; collaborates with teams to ensure operational excellence and aligns with CSB core values. Proficient in online/mobile banking tools and digital wallet services, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
