Job Summary
Relationship Banker II at Regions handles meeting with customers and prospects in person and by phone to assess financial needs and proactively offer Regions’ consumer and business products and services, including loans, deposits, digital banking solutions, and guidance to help customers achieve their financial goals. The role involves outbound calls from generated leads, educating customers on technology offerings (mobile, online, ATM), delivering an excellent customer experience, resolving issues, adherence to bank processes and regulatory requirements (including NMLS), and potential overtime. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work Saturdays, cash handling, strong communication skills, computer use, and the capacity to stand, lift, and assist customers as part of branch operations. Location is Clayton, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- NMLS registration or Mortgage Licensing requirement (implied by role)
