Job Summary
Relationship Banker II at Regions in Cambridge Square/Brookhaven, GA: meet with customers and prospects in person and by phone to assess financial needs and offer appropriate Regions products and guidance (loan and deposit types, digital/mobile solutions). Conduct outbound calls from lead lists, educate customers on consumer and business banking products, and share guidance to help customers achieve financial goals. Provide a consistent customer experience, address issues, and refer complex needs to specialists; follow bank processes and regulatory requirements; overtime eligible and NMLS-registered. This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and collaboration within a branch team, with emphasis on digital banking solutions and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
