Job Summary
The Relationship Banker I role at Regions in Wentzville focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences on the cash line and via phone, handling deposits/withdrawals/payments, educating customers on digital banking solutions (mobile/online/ATM), and supporting branch goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, addressing basic servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks), building customer relationships, guiding customers to Regions’ solutions, assisting teammates, adhering to policies and regulatory requirements, and sometimes conducting outbound calls to educate customers on technology. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work Saturdays, cash-handling skills, strong communication, computer use, and physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 20 pounds. Preferred candidate has banking/cash-handling/customer service experience and a customer-focused, relationship-building mindset.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience (preferred)
