Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone by handling transactional needs, answering inquiries, and resolving end-to-end service requests. Develop relationships with customers while educating them on digital solutions and standard products. Assist branch team members with basic tasks and refer complex financial goals to internal experts. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week, manage operational risks, and achieve branch targets. Requires high school diploma, cash-handling ability, and willingness to work Saturdays. Full-time role in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
