Job Summary
Relationship Banker I drives customer value by building and expanding client relationships through needs-based conversations and a broad portfolio of Simmons Bank products. Responsibilities include opening/closing accounts, handling teller and transactional needs, assisting with consumer loan requests, coordinating with partner teams for small business and mortgage services, meeting branch goals, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining regulatory compliance (BSA/CIP). The role requires effective communication, outbound calling, in-person service, and engaging clients to recommend financial solutions while upholding Simmons’ service standards and training.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1 year customer-facing experience
- NMLS registration requirement after employment
- ability to perform in-person and outbound calling activities
- compliance training completion
