Job Summary
Engage clients with exceptional service while educating them on digital and mobile banking alternatives to complete transactions efficiently. Introduce and sell financial services to meet short and long-term needs based on client profiling and product knowledge. Process all types of financial transactions for clients, balance cash, and assist with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties. This role operates under the direction of the Manager to ensure clients understand how modern tools complete their banking quickly.
