Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone while processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Answer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfill basic servicing requests like card replacements and PIN resets, and develop relationships with customers by educating them on digital solutions. Assist branch team members with problem resolution, refer complex needs to experts, and adhere to all bank processes and laws. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and conducting outbound phone calls to educate prospects on emerging technology. Track time for hours exceeding 40 per week, with eligibility for overtime and incentive pay. Requires high school diploma, cash-handling ability, and experience working Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
