Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and phone by handling transactional needs like deposits, withdrawals, and payments while resolving end-to-end service inquiries. Identify customer needs to improve financial wellness, educate clients on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking, and refer complex goals to internal experts. Maintain strong relationships with customers by remaining well-informed about their accounts and adhering to all bank processes and regulatory requirements. Assist branch team members with basic tasks, track time for hours exceeding 40 per week, and participate in an incentive plan to achieve branch targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
