Job Summary
Relationship Banker I or II responsible for teller transactions and operational support, cross-selling bank products/services, and resolving customer service issues. Will open accounts and refer customers to other areas as appropriate, while following regulations and security procedures to protect customers and minimize risk. Essential functions include deposits/withdrawals, balancing cash drawer, processing wires, managing safe deposit operations, assisting with customer problem resolution, ATM balancing, and identifying sales opportunities to meet customers’ financial goals. Strong communication, data-entry skills, and ability to work independently or in a team are required; bilingual English/Chinese preferred. Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Salary ranges: I: $19.00–$23.00/hour; II: $22.00–$25.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in business, accounting or finance preferred or related work experience.
- 6-12 months of cash handling, customer service in a retail environment, or sales experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
