Relationship Banker I

Develop customer relationships through active profiling and needs-based questioning to identify deposit, credit, investment, and other needs. Open new personal and business deposit accounts, identify and sell appropriate consumer loan solutions, and respond to customer inquiries while resolving issues. Perform all Customer Service Teller functions, including maintaining cash drawers and balancing accounts, and assist customers in challenging balancing situations. Adhere to operational and security policies, enforce compliance and privacy standards, and serve as a Montana Notary Public to verify document authenticity. Prospect and plan selling strategies internally and externally to develop and participate in a calling program. May participate in the mentorship and training of new employees.
