Job Summary
Relationship Banker I at Regions; provide exceptional customer experiences on cash line and over the phone, process routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments), educate customers on digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM), build customer relationships, assist in problem resolution, and refer complex needs to internal experts while meeting branch targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Requires cash handling, in-person/customer-facing duties, and ability to work Saturdays. Eligible for overtime and incentive plans; location: Longview, TX Northeast Branch.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
