Job Summary
The Relationship Banker I provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone, processes standard teller transactions, educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM), develops customer relationships, assists with servicing requests (cards, PIN resets, check reorders), and supports branch goals. The role involves identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions, may involve outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology, and requires adherence to bank processes and regulatory requirements. Prior teller, limited banking, or retail sales experience is favored; overtime eligibility and incentive plans apply. Location: Norcross, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
