Job Summary
Relationship Banker I at Mascoma Bank based in Canaan, NH. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with daily banking transactions, deposits and withdrawals, guiding customers through account openings and applications, and helping enhance customers' financial lives. You will adhere to policies and procedures (BSA/CIP and OFAC) and work in a role offering onsite, remote, and hybrid flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Flexibility in job schedules and work locations including Saturday and early morning drive-up hours
- Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with Mascoma Bank appearance policy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information
