Job Summary
Delivers exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone as a Relationship Banker I, handling routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) and inquiries, educating customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile/online banking, ATM access), building relationships, and assisting in end-to-end problem resolution. Collaborates with team to meet branch targets, adheres to banking policies and regulatory requirements, may conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology, and works overtime as needed. The role is suitable for candidates with prior teller, limited banking, or some retail sales experience and offers opportunities for growth and upward mobility. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
