Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone by handling transactional needs such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Answer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfill basic servicing requests like card replacements and PIN resets, and resolve end-to-end customer service inquiries. Develop relationships with customers by remaining well-informed about their accounts and educating them on digital solutions including mobile and online banking. Assist the branch team with basic tasks to aid in problem resolution and refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals. Follow all bank processes and procedures to ensure sound banking practices while achieving branch targets through identifying customer needs. Conduct outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with their financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
