Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone while processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Answer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfill basic servicing requests, and develop relationships with customers by educating them on digital solutions. Assist branch and team members with problem resolution, refer complex needs to experts, and adhere to all bank processes and laws. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and guide prospects through outbound calls using generated lead lists. Track time for hours in excess of 40 per week and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
