Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone by handling transactional needs such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Answer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfill basic servicing requests like card replacements and PIN resets, and develop relationships with customers while educating them on digital solutions. Assist branch team members with problem resolution, refer complex financial goals to internal experts, and adhere to all bank processes and laws. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and conduct outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to educate prospects on emerging technology. This role requires tracking time for hours in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
