Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone by handling transactional needs like deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Answer product inquiries, fulfill servicing requests for cards and PIN resets, and educate customers on digital solutions. Develop relationships with clients while identifying needs to refer complex goals to internal experts. Assist branch members with problem resolution, track time for overtime, and adhere to all banking procedures and risk management protocols. Achieve branch targets by guiding customers on appropriate financial solutions and conducting outbound calls to promote emerging technology.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
