Relationship Banker I

Conduct teller transactions, cash vault operations, and account inquiries with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and balance cash drawers, reconcile discrepancies, and process night depository deposits while adhering to Bank policies and internal controls. Identify customer needs to offer appropriate products and services, achieving individual and team scorecard goals. Provide superior customer service demonstrating the Bank's Right by You quality standards and mitigate losses through strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. Complete teller training classes and pass a background check.
