Job Summary
Conduct teller transactions, cash vault operations, and account inquiries while maintaining accurate cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. Identify customer needs to offer appropriate products and services, assisting clients in achieving financial goals through sales and servicing. Mitigate losses through adherence to Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines while handling night depository deposits and daily report follow-up. Provide exceptional customer service consistent with the Bank's Right by You quality standards to support individual and team scorecard goals. Complete teller training classes and maintain a professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of cash handling and customer service experience
- Strong relationship skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check
