Job Summary
Conduct teller transactions, cash vault operations, and account inquiries with accuracy and timeliness. Balance cash drawers and vaults, reconcile discrepancies, and process night depository deposits. Identify customer needs to offer appropriate products and services while achieving individual and team scorecard goals. Maintain essential controls, adhere to Bank policies and regulatory guidelines, and demonstrate superior Right by You quality standards. Complete teller training and pass background checks. Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor and possess strong relationship, communication, and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of cash handling and customer service experience
- Strong relationship skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to complete teller training classes
- Ability to pass a background check
