Job Summary
Relationship Banker I at Regions focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone, handling typical teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments), answering product questions, and educating customers on digital options (mobile/online/ATM). The role builds customer relationships, supports basic servicing requests (cards, PIN resets, checks), and collaborates with teammates while adhering to bank processes and regulatory requirements. The position may involve outbound calls to educate customers about technology and to help meet financial needs; overtime eligibility and incentive plans may apply. The role requires strong communication, cash-handling skills, and the ability to walk/stand for extended periods, with a high school diploma or GED as a baseline qualification. Location: Eastgate Pensacola, Pensacola, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- 1 year banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience (preferred)
