Job Summary
Relationship Banker I at Regions is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone, processing routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) and basic servicing requests, educating customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM), building customer relationships, assisting in problem resolution, referring complex needs to internal experts, and helping the branch hit targets. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach, with overtime eligibility and a focus on banking services and digital adoption.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
