Process transactions including term deposits, retirement savings contributions, and mail deposits while resolving account discrepancies. Engage customers in-person and by phone to understand needs, recommend products, and open new accounts for deposits, credit, and certificates. Analyze applicants' financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility, then enter new and closed account reports for incentive programs. Balance cash drawers, count currency, and monitor vaults and ATMs to ensure accurate cash balances. Compose and mail customer correspondence regarding maturity notices and outstanding items. Proactively cross-sell additional products through referrals and outbound calling to build long-term relationships.
