Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone by handling transactional needs, answering product inquiries, and resolving end-to-end service requests. Develop relationships with customers while educating them on digital solutions and standard consumer products. Assist branch and team members with basic tasks, refer complex needs to experts, and manage operational risks by adhering to all bank processes and laws. Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward appropriate financial solutions. This role may include outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology. Requires tracking time for hours in excess of 40 per week with overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
