Job Summary
Relationship Banker who partners with clients to identify financial needs and offer suitable Hoyne product solutions, while handling teller-level operations and maintaining strong compliance and service standards. Responsibilities include building long-term customer relationships, performing deposits/withdrawals and other transactions, cross-selling internal specialist services (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Investments), ensuring accurate and compliant processing, mitigating fraud risk, and achieving KPIs related to deposits, new accounts, and overall client satisfaction. Key skills include exceptional communication, problem solving, financial product knowledge, attention to regulatory detail, and the ability to learn banking systems and digital platforms while delivering empathetic, customer-first service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, customer service, or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to quickly learn banking systems, procedures, and digital platforms
- Cash handling experience preferred
